Dolapo Christy Akinropo, has a Bsc. in Biology and Physiology. She is a Real Estate Broker at Leaders Realty, a brokerage she founded two decades ago. She is married, and together they have two daughters.

Christy’s agency, Leaders Realty began with her as the only employee. Today, she is a broker with ten agents. In this extremely competitive market, she is constantly dealing with a plethora of competing interests (loan officers, lenders, clients, agents, attorneys etc). Christy continues to close successful deals, guided by her faith and the knowledge that stressing about things that are out of one’s control is detrimental to her health and well-being.

Christy is first and foremost, a person of faith. She credits her success to God's grace and favor in her life. Secondly, she knows that hard work is essential for a business to grow. She does not have the luxury of a 40-hour work week as she strives to be readily available to her clients. To Christy, success is less about the priciest home, but more about finding the home that works best for the client's residential and financial needs. For her it is always Client before Commission!
